	    		-JLanier@aol.com

I am sorry that Americans can still do this to each other. What we have to bind us all now is our communion. Political argument, loud argument, is what we're all about; but the thin line we must always keep inside of is that which rationalizes violence. Even now, our feelings of anger and sadness have to be kept inside of that line. It's time to help and comfort. That's our strength -

	    		-al majko

To the people of Oklahoma, Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to you. As a transplanted Okie living in Tennessee I am very proud of the way Oklahoma and its wonderful people have responded to this act of terrorism. What an example for the country, and the world!! We will be praying for you.

-The Bill Mankin family, Boulder CO

There is no reason for there to be such hatred of anybody or anything in this world to create such a horrible catastrophe. Our society seems to have lost touch with the value and respect of human life. As a mother of two young girls, I can only just imagine the degree of extreme pain and numbness you all must be feeling as a result of your loss. Human life is something that should be valued.

	    		-Vick Kenyon Caruso

For those who have lost a loved one in this travesty, there is only one, very important thing to do . . tell those whom you love that you love them, before its too late. I guess I lied. Enjoy them with all your heart, too. God bless.

	    		-Mike Brewer

On behalf of my entire family, I wish to express our love, tears and hopes for the people of Oklahoma City. Due to the coverage, I feel we shall never forget most of you, your faces and voices are indelibly etched on our memories, and you are a part of our lives. This heinous crime has shown us the depths to which humans can sink, but the strength, courage and compassion of the rescue workers has shown us the pinnacles that man can reach. Our love and our prayers go to every one of you.

I don't know how to express my sympathy, but I know that I feel so sad for all of us.

	    		-tonyd@gn2.getnet.com

I was horrified to hear something like this could happen in the U.S. However, it is great to see the Oklahoma residents and the rest of American people come together for a common goal; too restore the Heartland of America to its caring and compassionate state of well being.I often wonder how a young man such the one who caused this terrible incident could have become so lost, missguided and completely forgot what America stands for. God bless your city and people for giving me the strength to believe in true Americans again, may time heal these wounds and the love of God be with you.

	    		-Tim Dennis

Please accept our heartfelt condolences for the unspeakable attack on the innocents of Oklahoma City. We are with you in spirit. God bless you.

	    		-Gary Low Kok Hooi

I wrote this poem in my car on Friday, April 21, 1995. When I had finished, I heard on NPR that Timothy McVeigh was in custody. My heart first jumped, then sunk again knowing that one of "our own" had done such a horrible deed. My sympathy to all. We are greiving with you.
Weeping Cherry Trees
Flags hang low
The skies and I are blue today.
The smell of cherry blossoms is as heavy
as my heart.
Tiny angels rise to the heavens
Our compassion rises with them.
Together we band,
solumnly we watch,
Quietly we proceed
Our tomorrows will
never be the same.

-Judith Osterman, Alex and Nick Pruitt, Laramie, Wyoming

I am in NJ, but have felt close to all of you in Oklahoma, in grief and anger over what has happened. But I am also heartened by the incredible outpouring of help from all over the country, some of it by people called in to do their job, but doing it above and beyond the call of duty, and some of it by volunteers. The assistance and good sentiments from so many people are a testimony of what is good in this country and a visible outpouring showing all of us, but especially the nation's children, that though a small number of people do evil things, most of our nation and the world are full of good-hearted people who will do what they can to help others. My condolences and prayers go to those who have had family members, friends, colleagues die or suffer grave injury. The memory of your loved ones will live forever and both you and the rest of us can carry on the good they would have accomplished. Their deaths have brought us closer together and I hope those |inks can be preserved and grow. My heart goes out to all of you.

	    		-Nancy Ashton Port Republic NJ

To all The people In Oaklahoma City:
I am sending with this message with all my love and all my sorrow for those in Oklahoma City. Though I have no friends, or family in the building, I felt it was a horrendous thing to do. If these people thought the burning of the Branch Dividien was bad and they were mad about it, then why did they stoup so low as to kill more inocent people? I would love to be the peorson to kill "IT". My friends and I call Mc Veigh "IT" because he doesn't deserve a name, and the right to live. I send my prayers every night and hope this craziness will end. But I suppose it never will unless we could screen every person to be good or bad. Love and wishes for ever,

	    		-Erica Rose Greenfield

To the people of Oklahom City:
This has brought a great sadness over all of America!!! When I first heard about it, I was at school. Ifelt like a part of my heart was just ripped out. This shoild never of happened. The worst part is the bomber is from here, in America. We as states should be helping eachouter. This is not even close to what we should be doing for eachother. All of my prayers, hopes, and best wises go out to all of the people in Oklahoma. I send all of my love to you. I wish that there was something else that I could do, but what can a 14 year old girl do. All that I can think of is pray. To all of the people that have lost friends and/or family only time will heal your wounds. All of my love, hopes, wishes, and prayers go out to you. All of my LOVE,

	    		-Melanie Elizabeth Greene

What more can be said--the tears still flow, the heart still hurts. God Bless all of you.

	    		-John E. Bousa, Houston, Texas

I would like to express my depest sympathy for this terrible tragedy. My prayers are with all of you daily.

	    		-Roy Parker

I send my deepest and most sincere sympathy to those who were victims in the Oklahoma City bombing, as well as their families. You have all been in my prayers and will continue to be. God bless each and every one of you! Sincerely,

	    		- Brandee Meador

Our deepest sympathies and prayers are with you.

-Steve, Blanca, & Christina Michel - Rochester, NY

Your terrible tragedy has reminded the world of the fragility of human life and that evil really is present in the world. I know many people who are looking at every relationship--whether family, friends or casual encounters with strangers--differently. Maybe the good that can come out of this is to remind us to show each other that we care and we only have a short time to do what we can in this life. Our thoughts and prayers, from the very bottom of our hearts, are with you. It could have been my town, my family. It was not--why? We can't possibly feel what you feel, but our hearts are with you, grieving for you.

-Susan and Don Parker, in Texas

Our deepest and heartfelt sympathy go out to all the residents of Oklahoma who have lost friends and loved ones in this senseless tragedy and especially to those who have lost a child. We cannot conceive the depth of the pain and loss you must feel. Know only that we do share your pain. Our outrage at this horror is only exceeded by our pride and admiration of the heroic people of your great city in these most trying times. God bless you all...WE CARE!!!

-Ralph & Gail Humbert, Aurora, Colorado

I want to offer my heartfelt condolences to those who lost their friends and loved ones in the OK City bombing. It is extremely disturbing to realize that there are individuals on this planet who have so little regard for human life. But the dignity, courage, and selflessness exemplified by citizens of Okalahoma City and those who have flocked there to lend their support has shown the world what the real meaning of being human is. My prayers are with you all and I wish you peace and comfort in this time of great sorrow.

	    		-Brian Smith

You have our deepest sympathy in this tragic time. We hurt for you. With love,

	    		-Ed and Robin Gardella

Dear Oklahoma City victims,
With all your pain and suffering, I hope that you may once again reconstruct your lives and put this devastating experience behind you. When in doubt, just remember, our lives are in the hands of God. He stands over and protects each and everyone of us, for we are his children. Sincerely,

	    		-Richard

For all the mothers with heavy hearts, mine too is heavy -
the child you lost was also my child,
the tears you wept were also my tears,
the child the firefighter held was also my child,
I know your pain - no matter if the child was only 1 or 41,
we must find the Phoenix from the ashes of our burnt souls,
and we can if we pray together and love each other - as it should be,
With all my love,

-June Taylor - Charleston, South Carolina, USA
-Also with love from Gary, Kile, and Kevin Taylor

To the People of Oklahoma City:
We live over 1400 miles away from you; yet, our hearts go out to you and our prayers to our God on you behalf. May God give you strength in the days to come, courage to face a world now more frightening than it was before, and mercy as you face grief and the gruelling task of reconstructing your lives.
The bravery you exibit, the grief you bear, and the love you show to one another touches us all. You have faced the deepest darkness that we humans can thrust upon one another - hate. As a people you have stared back at that ugly demon who took the lives of innocent children, diligent workers, unsuspecting patrons of the building and committed public servants. You have stared back at the demon of hatred and inspired us all as a nation and as a people to become more than what we have stooped to.
On behalf of my congregation and community I pray that God may bless you and stengthen you, may God lead us all toward greater forebearance of one another's differences, and inspire us all in the ways of mercy. Peace,

-Craig Morton, Associate Pastor, Salford Mennonite Church,

A CANTRIP TO CATCH KILLERS by C. M. Joserlin, "Raven"
I speak no spell offending the Rede of "harm ye none",
But chant this charm intending that justice will be done:
Let truth be found for mending the wrong these killers brought,
To infamy unending for all the goals they sought.
Let truth be told in every word, the killers' hiding places;
Let truth be seen and truth be heard, the killers' names and faces.
That none need longer wonder who drove them to this deed,
Provoked this fatal blunder, inspired them with a creed,
Let lies be torn asunder to show their hidden guide;
Let this be published under the tale of those who died.
Let truth be told for all to know, the guilty ones be named;
May killers and their leaders show their face and be ashamed.
Three times this charm recited, the Furies to invoke;
Thricefold these Three invited to judge the words I spoke.
"Return threefold" incited against abusive spells;
May I thus be indicted if truth against me tells.
Let truth be told, I say again, no matter where it's hidden;
And be they women, be they men, their full exposure bidden.

	    		-Raven

"Our heart goes out to the many people who are having to endure this terrible tragedy in Oklahoma- which never should of happened in the first place. May we as human beings on this planet be ever mindful that we must learn to co-exist peacefully despite our many differences. A special prayer goes to the leaders of this country, as they try to bring justice to the guilty ones in the bombing. Last but not least, a prayer goes out for all the people of this world to try to come together just once- that we each must learn to accept full resposibility of our actions in this life, in the spirit of advancing the human race. May God bless you and ease the burden on your hearts and souls.

The Day The Children Died...

The words could not come
No matter how I tried
To explain that awful day
The day the children died.

The heartland of a country
A people full of pride
The senseless act enrages
A nation wonders "Why?"

They come to help the wounded
But their grief they cannot hide
At the sight of innocence lost
They bow their heads and cry.

Too young to leave this world
Their images flash worldwide
Now they rest in peace
Forever in our minds.

To the people of this tragedy
May God be by your side
To ease your pain and suffering
Let courage be your guide.

Time will slowly heal
Long after the tears have dried
But we must never forget that fateful day
The day the children died.

Our thoughts and prayers our with everyone affected by this most senseless tragedy, not only to those who lost children, but parents, grandparents, relatives and friends. Our deepest condolences...

	    		-Rob from Toronto, Canada

All of you are in my prayers and thoughts.

Here in Sydney, Australia when we heard the news we were shocked and dismayed at the news. Our prayers go out to all those who lost loved ones and those who are still missing in the building. On behalf of all my family and my friends I would wish you all the best and pray that this burden you carry may be a little lighter knowing you have friends on the other side of the world who care. With Love and Affection

I know that probably the last thing the bombing victims want are our sympathy. None of you deserved this, never. No one deserves to having everything taken away from them in a terrible accident. Not only the ones that were in the building were victims, all of their families and friends are too. When anyone is intetionally hurt or hurt by an accident all thier family and friends are brought into it too. I know it has been hard for everyone and America is helping, but I would be lying if I said I know how it feels. All everyone wants is for the victims to survive this mess and gooing on with their lives. I wish you the best of luck.
